Separate pasteurisation, conditioning and cooling

In a short-method system, Phase II is a controlled sequence with distinct objectives. Heating alone does not demonstrate completion of conditioning or readiness for spawn.

Check filling uniformity, air passage through the load, sensor placement, process records and the approved release criteria.
