Distinguish pasteurisation, conditioning and cooling · continued

At release, use the defined specification for the selected compost system, including its ammonia assessment, temperature, moisture and physical condition. Do not use a deliberate smell test to establish gas safety or substitute for the relevant measurement. Store the release decision with the batch, and keep unresolved material separate from accepted material.
