Map the dirty to clean route

Record: The zone map, tools assigned per zone, daily cleaning and by whom, and any route broken.

  1. Draw your unit and mark each zone from raw storage to ready compost.

  2. Trace where the loader, tools, water and people cross between zones.

  3. Give the dirtiest zone its own tools and paint them a different colour.

  4. Fix the order of work for the shift so clean jobs come before dirty ones.
