Media policy · Rights · Privacy

Real evidence never leaves its context.

Media publication passes through rights, consent, diagnostic-status and privacy gates.

01

Field evidence

Real farm media needs a known origin, permitted use, an honest evidence class, a technical caption and a reviewed diagnostic status.

02

Generated and stock media

Educational renders and stock context never appear as disease, project, installation, crop-result or equipment-performance evidence.

03

Rights

Unknown, do-not-publish and unresolved fair-use records remain private. Publishing permission and ML-training permission are separate.

04

Consent and confidentiality

Visible people, premises, boards, addresses, plates, documents and identifiers require review. District-level public location is the default.

05

Editing

Crop, rotation, exposure, white balance, privacy blur and annotation are allowed. Symptoms, morphology, cleanliness and crop density may not be falsified.

06

Corrections and takedown

Mislabelled media keeps a correction record. Rights, privacy or attribution concerns can be raised through the corrections contact path.
