Farm Hygiene

Field notes

Hygiene is a direction of movement

The cheapest control on any farm is the order in which people walk. Go from the youngest, cleanest room to the oldest and most suspect room, never the other way, and never back on the same day.

Keep tools, knives and crates with a room rather than carrying them between rooms. Keep a footbath at each door and change it, because a dirty footbath is only decoration.
