Build a one crop sheet you can defend

Record: Compost weight, assumed yield, dated input prices, daily picked and rejected weight.

  1. Weigh the compost filled into each room and write it on the sheet.

  2. Pick a yield figure from the range for your compost method.

  3. Get this week's price for straw, FYM, spawn, casing, fuel and labour.

  4. Record picked weight daily and the weight you could not sell.

  5. At the end of the crop, replace every assumption with a measured figure.
