MIDH states the pattern for the first three components as 100% of the cost to the public sector and 40% of cost for the private sector, as credit linked back ended subsidy. It adds that in the North Eastern and Himalayan states, Scheduled areas, vibrant villages, Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep, assistance will be at 50%.
For the low cost unit the guideline states assistance at 50% per unit, subject to a maximum of five units per beneficiary.
