What a scheme publishes

A scheme document publishes three things: the components it supports, a cost norm for each, and a pattern of assistance. It does not publish your eligibility, your sanction or your money.

The MIDH Operational Guidelines 2025 list mushroom cultivation with four components: a production unit at Rs 30 lakh per unit, a spawn making unit at Rs 20 lakh, a compost making unit at Rs 30 lakh, and a low cost or small scale production unit at Rs 2 lakh for a 200 sq ft structure.
