Record: Date and time, bed temperature, air temperature, RH, minutes of ventilation, and one line on how the crop looks.
Push one thermometer probe into the centre of a bag and hang one in the air at bag height.
Read both at 7 am and 4 pm for seven days and write them side by side.
Hang a cheap humidity meter at bag height and read it at the same times.
Note when doors or fans were opened and for how long.
Once a day, look at stem length and cap colour and write one line.
At the end of the week compare your readings with the DMR band for your species and stage.
