Priority-sector classification is not a sanction

The RBI direction describes lending classification and targets. It does not direct a bank to approve a particular mushroom borrower, project size, rate, security package or repayment period; those remain lender appraisal decisions.

Part 02

Use the NABARD model for structure, not current prices

The attached NABARD mushroom model is a 2016 Himachal Pradesh reference. It can help organize technical, cost and repayment questions, but its quantities, prices and unit costs must be replaced with dated local evidence.

Part 03

Make capacity and cash flow reconcile

Show how rooms, cycle time, batches, expected biological efficiency, saleable yield and selling routes produce the annual volume in the DPR. Link that volume to monthly receipts, operating costs, working-capital needs and debt service instead of presenting an unsupported annual profit.

Part 04

Prepare the appraisal evidence pack

Bring current supplier quotations, promoter-contribution evidence, site control, market evidence, power and water assumptions, statutory checks, working-capital logic and downside scenarios. Keep any possible subsidy outside day-zero available funds unless the authority and lender document its treatment.
