Practical workbook

Find where the water goes

Record: Time, humidity with its temperature, minutes until caps dried, litres added, and where condensation was found.

  1. Write the humidity and the temperature together at every reading.

  2. After watering, time how long free water stays on the caps.

  3. Touch the ceiling and the coldest wall an hour after watering.

  4. Weigh the mushrooms picked and add one litre of water per kilogram.

  5. Squeeze a handful of casing and note whether the palm stays damp.
