Field notes

A drying edge and a damp rear in the same room

Do not automatically raise humidity for the whole room. Compare the path of supply air, crop loading and moisture at the edge and rear. If the distribution differs, a room-wide humidity increase can leave the rear wetter while the edge still dries. Investigate distribution with the crop supervisor before changing the programme.
