- 01Paddy Straw SystemPaddy straw mushroom is the fastest crop in Indian mushroom farming: a bed spawned today can be picked within two weeks and the whole cycle is over in about a month. That speed is its strength and its trap.
- 02Straw PreparationA paddy straw bed is won or lost before the spawn packet is opened. Bundle size, soaking time and the way the layers are laid decide whether heat and moisture stay where the mycelium needs them.
