Which mushroom price should I use in a farm business plan?

Use a dated, location-specific price for the species and grade your farm can actually supply. Separate retail asking prices, mandi reports, wholesale quotations and the net amount paid to the grower. Deduct selling costs and test lower-price and unsold-stock scenarios; a public price board does not guarantee your revenue.
