- 01Revenue, Cost & Cost/kgTwo growers sell the same 100 kg at the same rate. One is ahead at the end of the month, the other is behind. The difference is never the rate.
- 02CAPEX, OPEX & Working CapitalA project can be fully funded and still stop in month three. The money was there, but it had gone into walls before it was needed for spawn.
- 03Market ValidationA price you read on a website is not a buyer. The only price that counts is one a named person paid you, for a named grade, on a named day.
- 04Break-Even, Cash Flow & RiskEvery project looks profitable on its best day. The decision is made on the worst one: low yield, low price, and one cycle lost.
