सरल समझ

बटन मशरूम कम्पोस्ट सामान्य खेत की सड़ी खाद जैसा सरल कम्पोस्ट नहीं है। इसे नियंत्रित biological प्रक्रिया से तैयार किया जाता है ताकि फसल के लिए suitable, selective और conditioned medium बन सके।

Phase I में mixing, wetting, aeration और biological heating जैसे processes आगे बढ़ते हैं। Phase II में pasteurization और conditioning के objectives अलग होते हैं।

Practical Detail
